Do you need a certified copy?
If so, I can be of assistance. I have extensive experience preparing notarial certified copies.
What is a certified copy?
A certified copy is a copy of a document that is certified as being a true copy by some authority. In some cases, the authority is a court or government department. In other cases, a notary public may certify that a document is a true copy of an original. In most cases, a notarized copy of a document will be sufficient. However, there are situations when a certified copy must be from a court or government department.
How are certified copies prepared?
A certified copy is prepared when a notary public examines a copy of a document and compares it to an original document. If the two documents are identical, the notary public indicates on the copy that it is a true copy of the original. The notary public must then sign and place a notarial seal on the copy.

Are discounts offered to Venezuelans residing in Calgary?
In some cases, the Government of Venezuela requires its citizens living in Canada to provide it with certified copies of particular documents on a regular basis. Due to the large volume of documents typically involved, and considering the fact that this is a recurring expense for many Venezuelans residing in and around Calgary, I offer discounts on certified copies being prepared for this purpose.
